Workspace data: anything you or your team enter or upload, such as contacts, tasks, projects, notes, finances, and files.

Technical information: basic logs such as IP address, browser type, and access times, needed to keep the service running.

Information is used only to operate the service: signing you in, showing your workspaces, applying team roles, and syncing changes. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.

4. Service providers

The service runs on third-party hosting, database, and storage providers. Your data is stored and processed on their infrastructure and is subject to their availability and practices.

Basic access controls are in place so members only see the businesses they belong to. However, no system is completely secure, and we make no promise or warranty that your data will be safe, private, accurate, available, or free from loss, corruption, or unauthorized access.

You are solely responsible for keeping your own independent backups of anything important.

6. Cookies & local storage

We use browser storage only to keep you signed in and to remember preferences such as light or dark mode. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

7. Data retention & your choices

Data is kept while your account or workspace exists. You can edit or delete your records at any time, and you may contact us to request deletion of your account. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

This service is intended for business use and is not directed at anyone under 16.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vict Unlimited and its operators are not liable for any damages of any kind, including data loss, data breach, downtime, lost profits, or business interruption, arising from your use of the service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vict Unlimited and its operators from any claims arising from your use of the service, your data, or the actions of people you invite to your workspaces.

We may update this policy at any time; changes are posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use means you accept the updated policy.
